Tier 1

Hi all,

Presently, I am in UK on WP and I am planing to apply for tier 1 application. My present leave will expire in May end. I am wondering about following scenario:

If I make my application in March end and my application is not processed before the expiration of my present leave, what will be my imigration status. Will I need to return to my home country and apply for EC. OR my leave will be extended so that I can remain on tier 1.

Can somebody please clarify?

i want to confirm too what is the possibility of renewing my visa must i meet the 35,000.00 pounds requirement before my visa expire or how do i go about the renewal? pls can somebody respond to me?.
