Hi
Can anyone help me in this matter. My Visa for IGs was rejected for no reason.I studied in the Northampton universityand done my Msc with good score.

I submitted for IGS on 28 September where I finish my Visa on 30th september.I submitted my marks list and also I submitted my dissertation as well at the sametime

One unfortunate thing was I didnt get a letter from the university that I finished my studies and waiting for results .When I asked the university for a letter they said they cant give a letter but they can tell the home office people if they call the university about my status.I thought it was true.

But my IGS was refused statin that university didnt acknowledge I finished the course and I submitted the applicaiton on 2nd of october and they didnt give my passport and said I cant appeal on it.

Both are incorrect statements.Because I submitted the application on 28th september not on 2nd october and I finished my course without a doubt.I even contacted my university about this and they said they dont mine offering a letter if it is that much important(After refusal of IGS and telling them this whole story)

So I went back to my country and What I want to find out is Can I apply for IGS from my country as IGS is valid for next 12 months of finishing the course.
Because I have the letter from the university that I finished my course.(Even I might get my certificate with in 2 weeks time).
Also I have the proof that I submitted the application on time (28 Sept). I had a proof from the Royal mail special delivery of date posted and reference number

Can I apply from my country with those proofs Or what shall I do. Because IGS is my right to apply after sucessfully finishing the MSc
